Our portfolio of abstracting and indexing (A&I) projects has allowed us to develop our expertise in various subject areas, including but not limited to, chemicals and allied industries (general business activities); food and beverage industry (new products including patents, food preparation processes, business activities); financial industry (company profiling); consumer health; computing and control; electronics and electrical engineering (technical indexing); and physics, geology and astronomy.

In providing A&I services to our existing clients, we conquer the various requirements set by the client, as well as challenges that we ourselves have put to task to ensure client satisfaction: the recruitment, training and deployment of A&I personnel having the specific educational background and work experience that complement the subject area/s covered in a respective project (diverse educational background of workforce); the creation and deployment of processing systems and programs that promote the efficient provision of quality work; short turnaround; and rapid deployment of internal resources in response to changing volume, turnaround and quality requirements.
