Data Gateway aims to offer data processing services with its own hallmark of fast turnaround time and exceptional quality, or "QualiTurn." It has integrated this philosophy and prioritized these goals in all its production policies, starting from selection and all the way to editing and feedback. Maintenance of quality standards is given the same weight and values as achievement of production quotas and turnaround. An in-house editing staff ensures maximum accuracy percentages by carrying out a comprehensive Quality Assurance Monitoring and Feedback System on a daily basis.


As a core value in its overall corporate strategy, Data Gateway is committed to implementing two levels of quality assurance measures. Quality Control (QC) refers to editing and checking processes prior to transmission. Quality Audit (QA) refers to post-transmission checking of batches for purposes of developing quality improvement strategies, enhancing client relations in terms of editorial processes, and ensuring the company's commitment to high quality. These comprehensive in-house quality control measures are designed to supplement our clients' own quality assurance programs. Our in-house software development efforts also provide us with an extensive set of tools to process data with precision.
