Organizational Structure

Data Gateway’s Board of Directors holds and controls all business activities as the highest policy-making body of the organization in deference to the stockholders. The Executive Committee, which handles the operations of the company, reports to this body.

Data Gateway’s production teams are organized as cells that function with a degree of independence from the company’s bureaucracy to allow for flexibility. Each project cell has an assigned Project Manager and a Chief Editor. The Project Manager ensures that the volume and turnaround requirements of the project are fulfilled. He/She also takes a proactive stance in optimizing the efficiency of the project cell, and directly coordinates with the Client to ensure the quick and full implementation of any directive forwarded by the Client. The Senior Editor enforces Quality Control strategies aimed at ensuring the optimum quality of every processed record, even in situations when significant changes in volume and turnaround requirements are specified by the Client at short notice.

The Quality Assurance (QA) team works independently from the production team, and works according to the client’s perspective: applying the Client’s QA standards and QA procedures. Production work is sampled by the QA team and overall quality is evaluated. A final approval from the QA team is required for each batch of processed output to be transmitted to the client, to ensure that quality standards are satisfied.
